Remember those two leaked screens of Banjo-Kazooie: Nuts & Bolts a few days ago? Turns out they're legit. We bring this up because we wanted to point out the copter and the boat that were shown in the screenshots.

What's so special about them you ask? Well according to the devs, it seems that we won't be seeing Banjo and Kazooie's moves that we've come to be familiar with. Instead, a new magic block system will be put in its place.

The magic block system acts like the gummi system of Kingdom Hearts, where you collect blocks and you turn these into vehicles. In Nuts & Bolts, players will be making everything from land rovers to planes.

It's definitely a new twist to the Banjo-Kazooie series, and we're pretty excited to hear more on this. In the meantime, check out the new videos below. The first one is a short gameplay video, and the last two are interviews with the game's developer:

Though I'm slightly disappointed that Rare took out some of Banjo and Kazooie's moves, as that's what made the two previous games good as platformers, I'm sure the vehicle system will cover up for that. Here's to Rare for bringing Banjo back!
