All-new Wing Commander coming to Xbox 360?

Ó

Admiral Tolwyn, this interesting piece of intelligence just came in. Confed agents recently conducted a search of ESRB title ratings databases, and found this rather intriguing result "Wing Commander Arena" for the Xbox 360:

Found by searching for Wing Commander in the database. The Confed must be hiding things from us again. - Image 1

They've tried conducting searches of other databases, using the keywords "Wing Commander Arena," but could not produce similar results in most cases. The only results generated on the QJ information database leads to the EA Replay port of the SNES Wing Commander, and an article with a reference to Uwe Boll (Lord have mercy on us).

The price of freedom might be USD 60.00 MSRP, if on the 360. - Image 1So far, there is no announcement made from the alleged publisher of said game, Electronic Arts. We can try to estimate performance specifics for this Wing Commander Arena - its name alone suggests that it might heavily involve multiplayer elements (or will take place in some sort of stadium, who knows?). The controller would certainly be a step up from the SNES Wing Commander - or slaving over a keyboard for the PC titles. Were it to appear as a boxed release, it may even feature CGI or even live action storylines like WC III, IV, and Prophecy.

This is all the info and analysis we can generate so far, Admiral. What should we do?

"Why, contact the TCS Tiger Claw, of course. And while you're at it, please contact Christopher Blair."

(Why does everyone contact Christopher Blair?)
