All-new screens for Warhound Company Line |
Ó
Last month we told you about Techland's announcement that their FPS for the PC, Warhound Company Line, will be heading to the Xbox360. And while there haven't been much coverage on the 360 version, we were able to come across this spanking new batch of screens to give you a quick-see.As you know, Warhound will have players fighting against some of the most infamous criminal groups in the world as you struggle to save hostages, eliminate dictators and drug kingpins. So yeah, basically you'll take on the messianic role of saving the world from the largest terrorist attack in history.
Here are the main features of the game:
- explore exotic locations around the world: Korea, Africa, Balkans, South America, East Asia, isles of the Pacific, etc.
- Choose how you want to develop your character in one of the available fields. Your choices are a direct factor for the selection of missions youÂ’ll be offered and make more paths available during the action.
- Use interactive environment elements to your advantage – move or destroy any object you deem necessary.
- Climb the career ladder of an elite mercenary. Gain access to the most requiring employers and the most rewarding contracts.
- Buy weapons, ammunition, vehicles and equipment, including intelligence data, weapons, and tons more.
- Replay completed missions but with new operations every time you play.
- Multiplayer mode - go head to head against up to 32 players.
- Based on the 4th edition of the ChromeEngine, supporting the latest DirectX10 and Pixel Shader 4.0 graphics, allowing for impressive, wide-open areas, photorealistic graphics and life-like physics simulation (fire, water, smoke, wind, etc.)

FPSes for a console can be pumped out one after another, jesus.
I'm not saying this game will be bad, but odds...
Allthough the phrase "..destroy any object..." intrests me, along with the pic of the falling house.
I'm still waiting for the game that I can blow apart houses and trees in realtime (apart from crysis)...
If this stays 360 only, then it's possilble it could be a title to link up with vista...which would be interesting.
