Ó

Adjutant Reflex - Image 1It appears that the folks at Bungie are doing something similar to the I Love Bees viral campaign at the moment, only this time it's supposedly for Halo 3. What's the viral campaign? A special user account on the Bungie.net forums that goes by the name of Adjutant Reflex is leaving messages that hint that something will happen on June 14 1AM PDT.

What's curious about Adjutant Reflex's account is that unlike other people on the forum, who are classified as "member", Adjutant Reflex is classified as "CompoundIntelligence"

Rapture at The Hushed Casket has gathered several bits of info on the mysterious AdjutantReflex. First off, it was revealed that there was an Xbox Live profile for the account. That profile no longer exists. If you want to understand more on why we say "was", here's YouTube user triplestunt's videos:

Rapture also managed to gather some of Adjutant Reflexes' communications. Below are several examples.

Q: What will happen in 38 hours?
A: Unknown at this point. Events have yet to occur that will decide that. Events will occur soon.
Q: How do we trigger said events?
A: Events will trigger only through teamwork. Data mining is suggested.
Q: Can you give us some guidance?
A: Domain: www.Bungie.net// : Only together can you..........

"Simon78" and other halo fans are currently gathering as many communications with AdjutantReflex over at halowiki.net. The folks of UnFiction.com are also eagerly trying to solve the puzzle that is Adjutant Reflex. If you could recall, the Alternate Reality Gaming specialists of UnFiction.com made many contributions in solving a lot of the I Love Bees puzzles.

Well, it seems that we have a campaign on our hands. For what exactly? Much like the I Love Bees campaign, we'll have to play along to figure out, especially now that the Beta's over. As of this writing it's around a few more minutes until the big reveal. We'll update you as soon as we find out what it is.

Adjutant Reflex Compound Intelligence... ARC Intelligence? Hmmm....

» AR

Ar has spoken again. He says "It has begun. The first seeds are scattered." probably referring to the emails that were sent today.

» The e-mail

"HISTORY CIRCLING

BACK UPON US.

The gears of the Universe spin further

and further apart.

Ever greater grows the gulf between souls,

And distance gives false hope of safety

But for the grim tidings this messenger bears:

The enemy is almost upon us

Closing in from all sides,

Moving faster than the light

it snuffs with its passage,

Time echoes with the news of destruction.

History winding back upon itself.

Waves of an army march this way in unison, Suffering and corruption are its battle cries.

For I have known this darkness

and felt its embrace once before-

Horror best laid to rest

Yet a Journey must commence

Look for the signs, the keepers of the flame.

They will lead you to war, and perhaps, to victory. "

I got this e-mail today and thought XBOX.co was hacked, then I thought to myself, XBOX...Halo 3...Bungie...ILoveBees...lol. Still an odd e-mail to get if you've never been a part of it.

» New I ilovebees.com website?

This is very exciting. The guys at hushedcasket.com might have found the halo 3 version of ilovebees.com. Here is what the site says:

(#) HALO3.com/comic/ revealed. 100,000 years ago. Africa. The Cradel of Life.

(#) Clicking on the last frame of the reveals numbers.

(#) Numbers lead to IP address: 206.16.223.65 - which is countdown.

(#) Hushed Casket story about comic and IP address.

(#) New IP address discovered: 206.16.223.63. Look how similar to first IP.

(#) Both IP's owned by MSFT.

(#) 206.16.223.63 takes us to an ilovebees-like page title "Society of the Ancients".

the ancients has no conection with bungie, its an actual religion. now yes some of the symbols and info pertain to halo but the site has no association with bungie or ms. now from what i gather this is associating the orgin of human life[africa] and how either the flood, covenent, or whatever/whoever created the arrays or halos. i believe that it is saying that one of them gave the process of evolution a little push in the right direction to make us what we are today, just as this site states, but maybe its just to throw us off, who knows
