More Oblivion Achievements! - Image 1

Bethesda just confirmed with Gaming Bits that the upcoming Shivering Isles expansion will be offering an additional 250 Gamerscore points to be won in a total of 10 Achievements. With that, the total number of points you can get from the whole of The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion is bumped up to 1,250.

Hey, on top of everything you could ever do in the Oblivion game, the extra 30 hours of new gameplay in the expansion is well worth the 250 points. As with the tons of downloadable content Bethesda's released for the fans, Shivering Isles will be available on Xbox Live, set to come out sometime this Spring.

This is a good way to earn some much needed points, just in case you're vying for some tangible rewards from the Old Spice Experience Challenge. However, since this first Xbox Rewards challenge will end in April, let's all just hope that the Oblivion expansion gets released before then. As for the specific list of those 10 Achievements in Shivering Isles, we'll give you guys an update once we get whiff of anything.

Lazy

Here's the article mentioned in the newspost, because once again Gino D. is too lazy to link to it himself. http://www.gamingbits.com/content/view/1646/2/ Here's a TeamXbox article which confirms the same thing http://previews.teamxbox.com/xbox-360/1532/The-Elder-Scrolls-IV-Oblivion/p2/
