Ace Combat 6: Fires of Liberation screenshot - Image 1Xbox 360 owners will soon have a chance to prove themselves in dogfights, as MSXBOX World reports Namco Bandai will be unleashing a multiplayer only demo of Ace Combat 6: Fires of Liberation. After playing everything the previous demo had to offer, it's about time aces go online.

There's no certain date when Namco Bandai will drop the bomb on XBL, but it's expected to hit before September ends. So far, we do know up to 16 players can battle it out online in Battle Royale free-for-all, Team Battle, Siege Battle, or join forces in Co-op Battle to shoot down AI pilots.

You're probably excited like us here who can't wait to pretend we're the demons of Ragriz and shout, "Break, break!" while cheating death and dodging missiles, so we'll make sure to keep you posted when the demo lands on XBL. The real thing will fly to the shelves in a month, October 23.
