Yazz Loves The Wii, Wants To Make Games For It |

Yasumi Matsuno has fallen in love with the Wii and has decided to develop some games for it.Alright, maybe that sentence might not do it for most non-RPG fans, but for those who loved Vagrant Story, Final Fantasy Tactics and, of course, the first two games in the Ogre Battle Saga, this is a big deal. A very big deal indeed.
Says Yazz about the Wii: "The Wii controller makes total sense when you think about FPS-like games, but my question was, will the controls fit other existing games? However, when I first tried Mario Galaxy, I realized that the controller fit the game almost scarily well. It allows you to intuitively feel the game and its atmosphere."
No word yet on what game or with who Matsuno will be working with, but this is really exciting news. With this development, maybe the Ogre Battle Saga will finally be brought to a conclusion. Stay tuned for updates.
