cableXCM Technologies has a multi-component cable that lets you switch to different console displays. It supports Xbox 360, Wii, PS3, and PS2 formats, so XCM suggests that this is a great product for those of you who have a PS2 in addition to a next-gen console or for those of you who have more than one next-gen console.

According to XCM, "The sheer quality of this versatile cable will optimize any textures and gaming visuals, making it a must-have for all gamers." We'll have to keep an eye on this product and see how it turns out.

» A nice idea

But i already have a ps2 component cable which will work fine if i ever get a ps3, but even if i do ever get a wii or 360 they wouldn't all be used on the same TV.

I already seen something similar to this in a store for sale at a gamestop. But it supported xbox 360, ps3, and xbox. However, its price was only ........ready.......$15.00..........WOW

the mainpoint is this may also be a good buy because they're not expensive to make just creative

» Meh

You can already buy component switchboxes, even some with IR sensors so that you can switch via universal remote.

I have a Wii hooked up via component, my Xbox 360 via VGA, and my PS3 via HDMI, so this thing isn't terribly useful to me anyway.

my Yamaha A/V reciever has 3x component inputs and 1 output and 2 HDMI inputs with 1 HDMI output. So i don't have this issue :)
