Anyway, the video we have here shows some folks from Yukes who demonstrating the proper way to play this game. From the get-go, the video is hilarious. It starts with these two guys who are trying to act like Triple H and John Cena, who are both from the WWE. Later on, the highlights of the video include the D-generation X taunt (performed by the guy with DX on his shirt) and Triple H climbing a corner of the ring and then proceeding to giving Cena a beating.
Remember, this is a preliminary version of this Smackdown title for the Wii. We are looking forward to future videos of the game and its eventual release.

wow that sucks....... wii really needs some games.
When I heard about this game coming out I thought it was gonna be sweet, But after watching this video It is different then I thought... The Wii does need some better games. Anywayz Ill Still look forward to try this game!

wii needs lacross game.. that would be sweet. wii's only good for sports games.. tennis being the mean one.. glad i got a ps3 while waiting for some sweet wii games.
and totally wrong, the wii is great at sports games, but is just as great at other games, maybe you just haven't been paying attention to the games that are comning out this year... a few which spring to mind are galaxy, metroid and the oh so famous smash bros... they don't look much like sports games to me.
as for this... it looks very good, it takes realism away from graphical enhancments and puts it all onto gameplay, and when you PS3 fanboys realise that, then you'll understand why the wii is outselling everything else. listen to the guy at the end... "wow..this is even more realists than i thought", that says it all.

The games you listed..A platformer, and FPS..and a game that doesn't even use the Wii-mote.
Real good variety there.
I'm not saying the Wii sucks, but it is NOT suited for every game out there. Some will benefit, others will not.
What about the fighting games? Like Tekken, or Soul Calibur?
What about the Action games, like Devil May Cry, or Ninja Gaiden? Games like Metal Gear and Splinter Cell wouldn't benefit very well from that controller ( Just play the Wii version of Double Agent, to see just how poorly it controls. ).
People act like the Wii will revolutionize every single game. It's not true. There are a lot of games/genres that just will not benefit from Nintendo's new controller. Wii players will find themselves either missing out completely, or getting the lackluster versions of these games.
If this game is any proof of anything, it goes to show just how much work has to go into a game like this, just to enjoy it. Sometimes, while it is realistic, it's not what fans WANT. Sometimes, you just want to sit down, relax, and beat the hell out of each other, virtually.

the longer a system is out the batter the games will be and I hope we can us the other controller to play this game.
Wii does need new games thats why gta 4 will come out for the Wii
