Mario goes Wiiiii! Before we end this year, we might as well have a bit of a recap of console units sold by the Wii. After just one month in the market, the numbers are already staggering.

As Layla Kayleigh from G4TV reports, 3.19 million sales worldwide - half of which were units sold in North America alone.

Based on our previous reports, it seems that Nintendo could hold true to their "4-million units distributed by the end of the year" promise. The 3.19-million figure doesn't come much as a surprise. Japan raked in a little less than 300,000 unit sales, while the UK had their "1 unit sold per second" during the first few hours of console launch.

You can watch the rest of the report via the "Read" link below.

Is basically the only console out their that is going for the right stuff. Playing games and the right ones. Hell even this fps stuff that keeps coming out is better with the Wii Remote. Nintendo really knows how to make things work.
