Samurai Shodown - Image 1A press release from Nintendo of America announced that Wii owners will be getting two new Wiiware games in the form of Block Breaker Deluxe and Cocoto Fishing Master. In addition, retro-gamers will also be treated to Samurai Shodown, the classic NeoGeo fighting game, via the Virtual Console service.

Block Breaker Deluxe from Gameloft is a remake of the arcade brick-breaker game and includes quite a number of gameplay enhancements including special bricks, multiple bonuses, secret weapons, paddle size options and ball-speed variations. This title is for one to two players and will be available for 800 Wii points.

Cocoto Fishing Master on the other hand, as the name implies, is a fishing game which puts players in the shoes of Cocoto. Now as a fishing master, he has to travel the world searching for five mystical fish which have the power to stop the magic cauldron from overflowing with lava and destroying the world. This one player game can be downloaded for 700 Wii points.

Finally, we come to Samurai Shodown. This fighting game from SNK has players taking part in a grand tournament to stop Shiro Tokisada Amakusa from destroying the world. This game is for one to two players and will set gamers back 900 Wii points.
