They don't really turn into pumpkins, but they do get their beloved consoles. Go Nintendo has a report posted that informs everyone of the midnight launch that the GameStop at Universal Citywalk in Los Angeles will be having.
What's nice is that it won't be just long lines, fan-boys, and penguins. Apparently on Saturday evening, November 18, the area will get pimped with an entertainment center, a lot of music courtesy of a live DJ, entertainment from some acrobats, games, and some very special guests from Nintendo.
The activities should begin at 8 p.m. The lines should start forming way before 8 p.m. The countdown to midnight should happen at around 11:45 pm. The first Wii systems should go on sale at around midnight. Ninty fans should be preparing to head to GameStop, 1000 Universal Studios Blvd, Ste 101, Universal City, CA 91608 right about now.
