Hermes has dropped his Wiiengine, upgraded to version 1.3 and 1.4. It was only a couple of days ago since he released his version 1.2, and now he's at it again. Looks like there's really no stopping the Wii brew's development, huh?Anyway, for those of you not familiar with Wiiengine, it basically is a PC Engine homebrew emulator for the Wii. So yeah, if you're thinking you'll get to play PC games using the Wii with all its unique controls and peripherals, then you're right.
The only thing that's been changed for 1.3 is the ADPCM support. It's now been added and emulated some features of the CD BIOS. As for the really quick 1.4 update, Savestate has been improved.
Anyway, version 1.4 does include the update from 1.3 already, so you might as well just get 1.4 for an all-in-one package.
