Wii homebrew - Wii Home v1.3.1

Homebrew coder CashMan has released a new update of Wii Home, a customizable homebrew plugin which launches at the startup of the Wii. On the startup menu, you can also select if you want go to the System Menu or to the HBC.

Added UTF-8 characters support with the new font
