Homebrew developer Pembo has released BootMii Configuration Editor, a Nintendo Wii utility that allows you to change the values in the /bootmii/bootmii.ini file without having to take out the SD card and edit it on a PC.
With BootMii Configuration Editor, you can change the video mode, auto boot option and the boot delay time.
