MK Armageddon

Midway has announced that Mortal Kombat: Armageddon will be hitting the Wii next year sometime in the first quarter. The franchise that basically started the "Violence in Games" controversy in the mainstream press will likely have a lot on its plate. If you aren't understanding what I'm talking about, think about this: WiiMote + Fatality. Ohhh yeah. This should be interesting to see! I wonder if Midway will be showing people playing the game alongside their screenshots like all the other publishers?

Remember, back in the 90s, Mortal Kombat is what started the entire "Nintendo is kiddy" image! The decision to censor the game has haunted Nintendo for over a decade now. This game is going to be a touchy game for them then.

We'll let you guys know when we receive news about the game.

» F*** yeah!!

Midway's commin' again to save the mother****in day, yeah!

Eh, too much "Team America"...

Anyways, it's good that Nintendo is venturing further out with both Ported games, and games with more Mature themes.
