Wii games and accessory launch lineup revealed

wiiIn anticipation of the December 7th Wii launch in the land down-under, Nintendo Australia has released the lineup for its launch game titles and accessories. Here's what will be in store for you, mates, on that day.

For a price of AUS$ 399.95 (US$ 310), the whole package of the next-gen console, with one wireless Wiimote, one Nunchuk controller, and the Wii Sports collection in one disc, is all yours. What else is yours for the taking that day? There's the Wii Play, which contains nine games on one disc, with the Wiimote, for AU$ 79.95 (US$ 62), and of course, the much-awaited The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess, for AU$ 99.95 (US$ 77).

As for the game titles:

so...

you guys are still calling it a "Wiimote" huh? Why not just say "controller", or, "remote", or even "paddle". Those are the only things I hear it being called, nobody I know calls it a Wiimote lol. But that's my opinion, I just think it's dumb. But even Nintendo calls it a "Wii remote", not a "Wiimote".

Wii Play is 8$

I know I'm gonna shell out 8$ for a game considering I know I'm getting a second REMOTE! Good news as long as it applies over here.

I'm assuming that since you said $8 that you are in the US. Only problem is WiiPlay has only been announced for Australia, Europe and Japan. Although, I'd imagine it should also go to US. And I agree, it is a good deal
