One young gamer notes that the Wiimote feels quite natural and intuitive. Despite the console's goofy name, he thinks that the Wii will win gamers' hearts.
Others found the Wiimote a bit too unresponsive and unnatural. It's not that their reflexes are more adapted to fast button inputs on your standard controller, it's just that some games like Excite Truck and Wii Sports Boxing make poor use of the Wiimote. According to them games like Metroid and Wario Ware controlled better. They warn that if game developers don't iron out those control glitches, it could prove fatal to the console that is dependent on its interface and not on its power.
Despite several control issues, user reaction towards the Wii confirms what Nintendo has been marketing for quite some time. Wii's about the fun of it all. Perhaps Wii isn't a weird Nintendo wordplay on "we," but a goofy engrish wordplay on "whee."

Man thoes kids look wierd, especailly the guy to the left. It's that how people look when they get a chance to play a new console. Anyways, thoes kids sure are lucky to get thier hands on the Wii. I would go to the Fusion Tour, but I don't really like the music that they have.
comments like that re the controller. I watched a video the other day of wario ware driving game and it was laggy. Probably about 1/5 or so of second after he turned the Wiimote the hands moved. Dunno if that's the Wiimote or games fault, but it sucked.
I have also heard some really bad things about the wii controller and especially with the red steel game. They were saying that the game would just loose the controller and it would take 30 seconds for it to find the controller again. Not to say theres not more time for them to fix these problems but it seems like there may be some hit and miss games with this whole wii interaction.
Those kids, make me horny.
