Wii Fit Plus priced, dated for North America |
Ó
Nintendo's set the date for the release of Wii Fit Plus, the expansion of their 2008 phenomenon, Wii Fit. This new version of the exercise-game is coming out on October for North America.
October 4th is the exact date, US$ 99.99 is the exact price. Plus will also reportedly be replacing all the current Wii Fit bundles, which caries the Wii Balance Board accessory. There will, however, be a stand-alone disc that will sell for US$ 19.99.
Why the jump in the pricing? Nintendo explains that Plus will have 15 new balance games and six additional strength-training exercises on top of the 15 existing activities from the original. You can also now customize your workout routine, a feature that was lacking in the original title.

This must be part of that "killer" Wii game lineup for the holidays. I guess as part of the game recycling strategy at Nintendo, they have to add a few new minigames and call it a sequel.
That will turn around dwindling Wii sales, sure.
Looks like they don't call you "Mister Common Sense" for nothing!
I despise Nintendo, they broke my childhood memories... and my heart. :'(
but noooo everybody spitted at me when i said the wii was a piece of cr.ap and that nintendo only cared for fool's money woooow now look at what they brought us a "new" phenomenon wooow i'm so excited im not going to be able to sleep today, no seriously did someone is actually going to buy that sh.it? and at that ridiculous price? pfff what a bad joke are games and "peripherals" this days.
