Wii Fit free DVD demo video now online

Remember those free Wii Fit DVDs retailers have been giving away? If you are yet to grab a copy and itching to know what's in the disc, look no further. The demo Nintendo wants to show everyone is now online for folks of the Internet's consumption.

As you may have expected, the DVD simply demonstrates what the Wii Fit is all about. White walls and a happy family trying out fun activities utilizing the gizmo for weight conscious Wii owners - same stuff we've all been familiar with.

Free Wii Fit demo DVDs should still be available from GameStop, so it won't be a chore to pick one up. Those who can't be bothered to grab a copy can watch the video below:
