Wendy's to offer Wii-related toys - Image 1

Almost everyone here at QJ grew up craving and wanting those fast food meals that come with free toys. And we're pretty sure that some of you, if not all, are fond of this idea as well. The freebies are sometimes worthless, truth be told, but we still collect them for reasons only a kid understands.

With that said, you might be interested to know that food chain Wendy's will be giving away Wii-related toys as part of its Kids' Meal offering. We checked out the official site and toys are still listed under "Coming Soon". What it currently has are some kiddie pianos, wrist watches, and some plastic chicken who loves to move and groove. Whatever.

But quite seriously though, it does say a lot when you have Wii-related toys available at a food joint as popular as Wendy's. Sure, it's not something unique but it feels like Nintendo Wii is really taking off, if it hasn't yet.

Anyway, just check your local Wendy's for the availability of these freebies or go back here for updates because we will be sure to get all of those!

» What, no mii?

Seriously, the least they could do is have some kind of snap together Mii so the kids could put themselves together. Or make people. Or something. Nintendo is missing out on a Mii tie in here.

Of course, the Miis are all skinny, these kids would probably be disgusting and doughy and hard to render in plastic.

» good point

why not add fat layers the kids could use to increase the Mii's girth, height would be a little difficult to adjust on the fly unless you made it completely interchangeable .
