Well, it's no wonder Team Twiizers is so secretive with their codes. The Wiibrew community was all "hurrah" over waninkoko's Wii ISO Loader when it was leaked, causing him to turn his back on the project altogether.
Talking to fellow developer Hermes, author of Guitarfun and Wiiengine, Waninkoko explains what got him so riled up (thanks to the translation from TehSkeen):
Waninkoko
It wasn't the leak what pissed me off the most, but all the people downloading it, sharing it, making tutorials, and such. I recognize that 50% of that is my fault and... i think i'm gonna reconsider the cancelation (well, the bit about making it public because canceled it's not XD).
Hermes
Erm, i'm sorry to say, but i'll just give you two collejas XD . It is something that you should be VERY careful and not give away anything that carries your nick/name to ANYONE, not even the cat c'mon, that can give you trouble. Above all, it is your fault XD
As the post states, waninkoko is fortunately reconsidering coming back to the project, although I doubt he'll be sharing his codes with anyone anymore once he does.

just like ps2 i used to pirate all the time but it makes the games boring when you have all the games at yo fingertips.
and it hurts devs and nintendo.

So, WTF are you talking about?

50% his fault? HAHAHAHA!!!!!!! !! What an idiot.

besides, even if the Wii sells NO consoles at all from now on, there is still a HUGE way before either the PS3 or teh Xbox 360 catches up to the Wii. So calling it a dead console just because it's hacked is ridiculous.

to be honest, i still dont see why a wii game costs most of the time the same as a 360/ps3 game -- which in theory needed more effort from a bigger team, therefore higher expenses to develop.
i myself would buy more official games if they costed half of what they do at sales point. most of the time i dont find a great deal even by buying on ebay.
