Today is emulator day in the Wiibrew community! Along with the release
of the SNES and NES emulators for the Wii, developer tantric has
released the latest version of Visual Boy Advance GX, a Game Boy / Game Boy Advance emulator.Like the latest Snes 9X and FCE Ultra GX releases, VBA GX has new video support features as well as support for the 7z compression format. Here's the complete changelog:
- New timing / frameskip algorithm - should (hopefully) work 100% better!
- Performance improvements - video threading, PPC core partly activated
- Video zooming option
- Unfiltered video option
- 7z support
- Loading progress bars added
