Owners of the Nintendo Wii console will be greeted with three more classic games today, as we announce that Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (TMNT), Star Fox 64, and Dragon's Curse are now available at the Virtual Console online shop. Konami's TMNT game for the NES is a traditional side-scroller, and allows players to switch between Leonardo, Donatello, Raphael, and Michelangelo as they traverse through the game's five levels. As noted by some who remember playing TMNT, the game is tougher to beat than a five-week old pizza crust. TMNT is priced at 600 Wii points.
Star Fox 64 is the Nintendo 64 release of the Nintendo's Star Fox franchise. Aside from vastly enhanced graphics compared to the Star Fox SNES game, Star Fox 64 featured full character voice dubs instead of traditional Lylat (aka gibberish). Game-wise, players will also remember the introduction of the Landmaster (tank) and Blue Marine (submarine) vehicles. Star Fox 64 will cost 1,000 Wii Points.
Dragon's Curse (aka Wonder Boy III: The Dragon's Trap) for the TurboGrafx-16 is a direct sequel to Wonder Boy in Monster Land, and takes place within the final area of the previous game. Shortly after playing through the game's starting stage, the player finds his character transformed into a Lizard man. His goal from this point on is to find the Salamander Cross, which is capable of changing him back into a human. Dragon's Curse features other additional transformations as the player defeats the game's various dragon bosses. This game will go for 600 Wii points.

at least Star Fox is 1000. Still a bit expensive but I'm willing to pay it.

Ultra Software Corporation was a spinoff company created in 1988 as a subsidiary of Konami of America, in an effort to get around Nintendo of America's strict licensing rules. One of these rules was that a third-party company could only publish up to five games per year for the Nintendo Entertainment System in the US.
