» FF3....for NES?

Wait a second, they actually translated the NES FFIII? That's a pretty impressive undertaking, something that bodes well for fans who hope to see Mother for NES translated officially. Or is this another common QJ misprint?

could they mean FFIII for the SNES which would be VI o_O

» i wonder...

theres no way its a port of the DS version of ff3? for 5 bucks? on the other hand, why would they go back just to translate the NES rom when they have the DS version in english already...? but to sell it for 5 bucks...

the whole thing is suspicious... i wish they would just redo VI already.

» Huh...

Just an obvious quick cash-in I guess. I suppose with the remake out it wouldn't be too hard for someone to go back and translate the NES version.

They just want render downloading the patched ROM of the original pointless.

I don't mind it. I've played the NES Rom, and I've bought the remake. Definite candidate for greatest FF ever. Really overlooked too. If it's only $5, cool. I'll get it. I'm sure many others will as well, which means more fans of III.

I still never understood why III couldn't be included in Origins or Dawn of Souls, but whatever, the original will finally be available to us! At least I think it will be lol... like MitchenX said, it can't be the DS version for $5.
