Viidelectrix games for your Wii: Strong Bad approves! |
Ó
I would like all your pretty, beautiful, and super cool fans to know that the nice people from Videlectrix (can you believe they use computers to make video games?) have created Viidelectrix; yes I know, its sorta, kinda the same name, but the extra "i" makes all special and Ninty like. Anyhoo, Viidelectrix is a collection of their really really neato titles that have been re-engineered for Wii control.
It's yet another site filled with flash games made for the Wii, but this one is a lot cooler because it has your games on it. You know, stuff like Population: Tire, Secret Collect, and StrongBadZone.
My friend really wishes that Trogdar the Burninator's game was included, but I don't really care about the mighty dragon-man. As long as you're there Strong Bad, and we're able to witness your greatness, I'm sold.
Your biggest fan,
Mike

Update: Since not everybody who visits the QJ blog is a fan of Homestar Runner, and since it's our mission to also be newb-friendly, here's a quick informative update of what's going on at Viidelectrix.
- Homestar Runner is a Flash animated cartoon on the Internet, known for mixing the absurd and funny in pop culture (particularly 1980s and 1990s culture), video games, and classic TV. (One popular segment is "Strong Bad Email"where Strong Bad, a popular comic relief character, answers your email.)
- Videlectrix is a fictional company in the Homestar Runner universe that supposedly makes 80s-style games for various platforms (Secret Collect is for the "Funmachine" and Population Tire is for the "Compydore 64"). You'll find Videlectrix games at the Homestar Runner site and also at videlectrix.com.
The site has four games right now: StrongBadZone, Secret Collect, Kid Speedy, and Population Tire, but judging by the site's design, they are planning to add more.
