Suddenly, blinking multicolor arrows, thousands of them! And in Konami's Dance Dance Revolution: Hottest Party, you not only have to stomp on the corresponding direction on your dance mat to get points for them, but also gesture with the Wiimote and Nunchuck. We see that in action and more in the Japanese trailer of the game. How's that for a curve ball?

In this video, we see more of Dance Dance Revolution's trademark graphics, with crazily-costumed characters, flickering backgrounds, and the hundreds upon hundreds of blinking arrows you have to follow to clear the game. We also hear the catchy soundtrack we heard in the title's first E3 trailer. Very cheerful music, that.

Definitely a title for your library if you want more rhythm-based games for your Wii console. Updates as we get them, so enjoy the video!

» I hate the announcer

It's either player sucked so badly or that controls aren't that good. I hope it's the first one.
