NES Wrecking Crew - Image 1Two more classics are headed to Japan-based Wii Virtual Console gamers. It was revealed on the official Nintendo website that both Wrecking Crew (NES)and Dungeon Explorer II (TurboGrafx-16) will be released this January 5.

Wrecking Crew, which originally came out back in 1985 puts players in the shoes of Mario as he goes about tearing apart various structures in a construction site. A task made more complicated by the limited time given and the various roving enemies out to get everyone's favorite plumber.

Dungeon Explorer II which first came out on the TurboGrafx-16, is a top down Gauntlet-like RPG which has developed a cult following since its release. Various points of interest include playing Blackjack against the Grim Reaper and having unique spells and abilities for each of the six character classes (three standard, three hidden)
