For the guys in the UK, you might want to turn on your Wii after reading this. Much like your friends over at Australia, it seems that your Virtual Console has just received an update in way of a plump, Italian plumber. Yes, dear readers: It's-a him, Mario!UK's Virtual Console is now carrying the classic Super Mario Title from the NES, and should cost you a reasonable sum of £ 500, er, Wii points. Also included in this hot update is the TurboGrafx-16 title Motoroader, which goes for 600 Wii points. For the guys wondering just how much Wii points are in Pounds, a 2000-point card costs about £ 15.00.
Here's a rough console breakdown for the guys planning to make future purchases, now that Mario's in the picture:
NES: 500
TurboGrafx: 600-800
Super NES: 800
Sega Megadrive: 800

Oh yay. we got two whole game. because its mario im fine they didnt update more. oh happy day. this is bull*****.
I bought it, I actually need to start playing and finishing some of my VC games but Zelda is just too damn good to stop playing it.
I'm too poor to pay for one game in VC I just download the rom and emulador and mplay freeeee wiiiiiiiiiiiiii!!!
well, I bought it...haven't played it in a good while, and it's still a great lil' game. I'm still not happy at the pricing, though...I made an exception in this case, but as it works out about 6 bucks a pop for nes games, it'll be a very occasional purchase i make. ....and yeah, we're getting screwed by NOE yet again on the release front (after 20 years of dire service, it's consistent at least). Oh well...roll on homebrew emu I guess.
I'm just going to keep playing Paper Maro for the moment and then I might play maro and lugi superstar herios
