UK gets some VC love on the 29th as well

When it comes to getting jealous with Japan because of all the Virtual Console love they've been getting, we are all on the same boat. Welcome aboard, welcome to our club. Anyway, we're not complaining to Nintendo or anything. It's just that, as we mentioned, we're jealous.

At any rate, it seems that U.K. is bound to leave our precious little club on December 29. Because you see, it is the same date their roster of VC titles gets updated. Most titles will be originals from Super Nintendo while some will be from NES. Among all these, I'm personally interested with Super Castlevania IV. I didn't quite get to finish that game really, if you want to know the truth.

And so on December 29, U.K. leaves our "Lonely for VC titles Club." Don't worry, we're pretty sure we will all (including you, Barbados!) be leaving this club anyway. Patience, as they say, is a virtue. Here's the complete VC release for U.K. starting tomorrow:

• SimCity (Super Nintendo)
• Super Probotector (Super Nintendo)
• Super Castlevania IV (Super Nintendo)
• Baseball (NES)
• Ice Hockey (NES)
• R-TYPE (Turbografx)

YAY for SimCity. I loved the SNES incarnation of the title. I guess this makes my first virtual console purchase.
