Nintendo Wii - Image 1 Left high and dry without the Wiis meant as Christmas presents for their children, angry customers filed a complaint against UK-based internet store Bizits.co.uk.

People who ordered Wiis and PlayStation games did not receive their goods. While some of them had their money credited back through PayPal, Bizit's customers were still disgruntled at the fact that the supposed recipients of the absent gaming goods did not get their Wii gifts.

"The items I ordered never arrived before Christmas and my children were left very disappointed," one of them said in an anonymous email.

Bizits is registered to a John Murphy, and has addresses in both Splott and Grangetown. However, Murphy cannot be contacted through any of the addresses or through the website's email
