Heart Pounding!

This game is not for the squeamish. Although there's no blood in it and you're operating on a lifeless pixel, you just can't avoid imagining the real thing. How do those doctors do it? What's so great about this game is that it just gives you a glimpse of what surgeons do on a daily basis.

What we see in the video is an actual Trauma Center: Second Opinion game presentation. The first few minutes show a rather average-difficulty operation: Stomach Cancer. The second one was a tad bit harder, they were working on the heart. Notice how the background color changes when the difficulty gets higher.

As was mentioned in past articles, the Wii controllers will be pretty much used in various ways. Like the way a forceps would be controlled and others. Just make sure your hands are firm and relaxed--the last thing the patient needs is a shaky Wii Nunchuck.

The game will be out by November. Enjoy the video!
