time crisisWe've recently discussed Namco's plans for releasing 3 game titles within the first cycle of Wii's roll-out, however, what needs to be addressed are the two unnamed titles. The only named one, Final Furlong, is a horse racing simulator, but is putting many people in a confused state of mind on whether it will be successful or not.

The interesting part comes under the remaining two titles. Rumours have been heavily pushing Time Crisis to be remastered for the Wii console. It is understood that sources are saying that Namco are preparing to reinvent the light gun game using the handy WiiMote. Rumours have started since one of the PR personnel in Japan started making hints of a release. This interlinks with our news that one title will be RPG and one will be Action/Adventure.

In terms of the remaining title, guesses can only be made. It would be nice if Namco released one of their popular titles to go with the other two. Possibilities could include Tekken, however it is more than likely that a new game is in the works...

» Sounds good to me

I like light gun games. Now I don't have to buy a light gun!

» if they don't

they're crazy.

We found out about the Red Steel FPS blunders. All we need is just another duckhunt or Time Crisis or Virtua Cop, and we'll still buy it.

» YES!!

Ive loved Time crisis for so long but never purchased a title cause of the light gun. I still play them in the arcade. Hopefully with the wiimote they make an attachment like with the duck hunt gun. Thatll be so awesome. Im definatly buying one.

» Very logical choice.

They should make a new Time Crisis (with other modes) packed in with the old versions in one package.

Now that is a good deal.
