With the game already released and available for purchase, here's some sweet eye-candy in the form of three gameplay videos for those of us who have yet to nab a copy of Ubisoft's Driver: Parallel Lines for the Nintendo Wii. We get you the skinny on what's in store the minute you stick it in - the game disc, I mean.

The first video isn't really gameplay at all, but more of a cutscene, and it pretty much shows off the fact that the game has strippers. Not quite the car-bouncing variety we're used to from Grand Theft Auto, but it's certainly attention-grabbing for the most part.

The second is the game's introduction that lets you bop your head to the groovy soundtrack while you get filled in on just who you are, and where you'll be tearing it up on four wheels. The final video's all about driving skills, and it shows us how to use to Nunchuk attachment to perform flashy (and useful) tricks with the car's handbrake. Neat.

Enough spoilers from us, enjoy the videos!

I'm still finding it hard

to believe this is Wii footage. Maybe the web compression makes it look better than it will be, and add some anti-aliasing, but man it looks pretty good all things considering.

If this is real footage

If this is how it will look on the Wii and that is what it appeared to be then this game will push the Wii's graphics card to the limits. By far the best game play graphics I have seen for the Wii to date. Oh also did I mention that the Driver games are great.

good game

I bought this game and it is pretty good. The graphics are good and the motion control isn't tacked on. you use the wiimote for aiming your gun and move the nuncuck to use the handbrake.
