THQ Gamers' Day 08: Big Beach Sports volleyball and cricket gameplay videos

There are a lot of fun activities you can do on the beach - volleyball and cricket are only two of them. And yet, THQ chose to focus on these Big Beach Sports games in particular with two gameplay videos for the company's Gamers' Day '08 event.

While they feature two different sports, both the volleyball and the cricket videos are essentially the same, at least in principle. THQ first walks viewers through the controls for either sport. After which, demonstration games are held to show how each sport plays out.

Of particular interest is the presence of the chimp in both Big Beach Sports videos. Despite sporting an almost human mien, the primate seems to be intent on making a monkey out of its opponents. Watch THQ's two videos below to see what we mean:
