Our last report had the contribution numbers from Penny Arcade">Child's Play at around $495,000. Now that the charity auction and dinner is over, we can now give you guys the latest numbers. Trust us. You'll like it.The Penny Arcade folks have managed to raise more than $885,000. See? We can contribute. We can give back to the community. We know how to give back. We know how to help out kids who spend the holidays stuck in hospitals.
This whole charity thing only goes to show that we gamers aren't just about trolling sites waiting and waiting for the next free homebrew release, whining, begging, and even demanding for some kind hearted developer to come up with an update, flaming him for the smallest mistake, and all the while not contributing anything positive to the community. Oh ignore that, I merely jest. Happy holidays folks!
