Dragon Quest fans itching to put their Wiimote-fu to the test with Square Enix's Dragon Quest Swords: The Masked Queen and the Towers of Mirrors should get ready to take down some notes, as here's a gameplay video showing just how you're going to do just that.

This particular clip reveals how players can use the Wiimote to slash up anything and everything in their path. We see that one does not only use the Wiimote for attack, but also for defense, mainly to move a shield around to block incoming attacks.

It's also to note that in some parts of the video, the protagonist's shield is pretty much close to breaking into pieces entirely, which could mean that there's a limit as to just how much you can block. Nifty, and balances everything out.

More updates about Dragon Quest Swords: The Masked Queen and the Tower of Mirrors as we get them. In the meantime, enjoy the video!
