Tecmo's Rygar: The Battle of Argus looks to be a game that's hard to dislike. With epic boss battles and awesome combo moves, it is a worthy successor to the Rygar series.

The immediate sequel of the PS2 game Rygar: The Legendary Adventure, this title continues the tradition set by its predecessor by featuring Diskarmor (a shield attached to a chain). The video from TGS shows off some cinematics as well as a little bit of gameplay. While we haven't had a chance to try the game yet, the thought of using the Wiimote to control the main character's weapon is very appealing indeed.

This Wii exclusive is currently slated for a December 3 release. Tecmo has been very quiet about it, so there's really not much we can do but wait for the release. Here's the video, Enjoy!
