The Wii games lineup gets even more interesting with the addition of Swing Golf Pang Ya. Basically, it's an offshoot of the online PC game (Pangya) where you can play the character of Hana, Max, Kooh, and Arin. However, the Wii version of the game isn't online-enabled. The game is set to launch in Japan, and possibly in Europe, North America, and Australia. "Swing to win!" is the basic motto of the game. Fortunately for the fans of the game, despite the lack of online play, Tecmo's Ryan Arbogast gives us a hint that we can avail of costumes and characters from the pay-to-play downloadable content. Also, there's a real storyline in the Wii version so that's some plus for playability.
From the looks of it, Swing Golf Pang Ya is more graphically enhanced than the PC version. You can download the TGS videos or see more screenshots here.
