Take that! - Image 1Biting the hand that feeds you gets you slapped back with bad karma. In this case, karma comes in the form of a US$ 2.1 million fine - and as a judge ruled this week, it's coming from Uwe Boll's pocket.

After bad-mouthing Fantastic Films International - the very film distributor handling his movies - Uwe Boll is now facing a libel case, with a judge's ruling of a fine. The story goes that Boll was sending out emails to Fantastic Films' various clients, criticizing the company. Of course, upper management got wind, and slapped him with a case.

The amount of US$2.1 million includes the US$ 200,000 to be imparted to the Fantastic Films owner, Roxane Barbat.

Oh well, it's not an outright ban from making videogame movies, but I suppose a fine will do.

I heard he was filming in Vancouver a year ago and I am sure he has left already. No sign of it coming out yet?

DON'T WATCH FAR CRY THE MOVIE!

IT SUCKS!

TRUST ME!

I saw it here in Germany and trust me, it really sucks.

I loved what Uwe Boll did with Postal, that movie was awesome, but Far Cry was a waste of money.

Honestly.

And I love bad movies, but this one is just worse...

My kids just read the word b****ocks on your image, and now they are saying it. It is a swear word in england, and I would encourage you QJ guys not to display offensive wording in such a carefree manner.

That would solve your problem.

» Nice.

First Jack Thompson gets the axe, and now Uwe Boll gets a fine? It's been a good year for gaming justice.
