It's called Luigi's Mansion and it's the green plumber's new pad. However, the curious thing about this stage is that it lacks the wholesome and relaxed atmosphere that is often associated with Luigi.
Instead, Luigi's Mansion is somewhat a brooding and dark place. The place is totally destructible and whoever brings the house down literally gets the upper hand in the brawl. Amazingly, the mansion puts itself back together after being torn down.
While waiting for the actual release of Super Smash Bros. Brawl this March, just enjoy the following screenshots for Luigi's Mansion.
