Let's not mince any more words about it, here's another update to Nintendo's much anticipated fighting game, Super Smash Bros. Brawl for the Wii. Today we have an update that's more ear rather than eye candy. Today we highlight the My Music feature for the game. Apparently, you can tweak the background music that plays according to the stage that you're battling in.

Based on the video game that it was based on, you have a selection of songs which you can set the frequency what song plays once the stage starts. Say you want to listen to the main theme of the New Super Mario Bros. game when you enter the Delfino Plaza stage, just crank up the meter on the My Music screen to make sure the song plays more frequently when the battle starts. Sounds pretty neat, especially for players familiar with the older soundtracks for a particular video game. Talk about going down memory lane.

However, that's not all. In order for you to increase the number of songs available for a particular stage, you're going to have to keep your eye out for an in-game item called a CD. Make sure to grab it once you appear so you can have more songs to listen to when you want to change any music settings to your liking.

Lastly, we have two new songs included in this musical update. The Pokemon: Pokemon Stadium/Evolution song is a remixed arrangement of the two famous songs you hear in the Pokemon series: the "gym" song and the Pokemon evolution music. And the other song is actually the main theme for the game. Super Smash Bros. Brawl: Main Theme is very operatic in nature, with a very powerful tenor and soprano blended into the orchestra playing in the background.

Well, that's it for today's update for the game. We'll make sure to keep everyone posted for the next exciting update for Super Smash Bros. Brawl.

Nice Idea, it would be great if you could include your own MP3.

I like the Idea to set your soundtrack option depending on the level you play.

I wish you could use your own music for your SD or something. maybe you can. getting a certain CD probably allows you to do that! And now we know how the interface looks like (brown and baige and stuff). They put so much in this game....I know it has to have ONLINE!
