Super Smash Bros. Brawl update: fight it out in Brawl mode |
Ó
Going into another week full of fun updates from the Smash Bros. DOJO!! site, here's some basic info on the actual meat and potatoes of what makes Super Smash Bros. Brawl run. We're talking about the actual Brawl game mode where players can get their game on fighting up to four different characters in the Arena of their choice.
However, there's more to the game than just simply choosing your character and the battlefield where you want to rumble. There are a lot of setting which you can tweak to setup your ideal match with either a friend or the CPU.
On the character selection screen, you can choose to toggle your character's alternate costumes, as well as which character starts the match in the case of multiple starters like Zelda or the Pokemon Trainer.
You can also change your profile name and the CPU settings from here. Also, the game type can be toggled using the match bar above the character selection screen.
Finally, you can make your stage choice after all the characters have been selected. Like we mentioned before, there are a total of 28 starting stages to choose from. You can also choose between Arenas across the regular stages, Melee or even the Custom Stages you've built in the Stage Builder.
The game proves to be quite a versatile fighting game with its numerous configurations and settings. Couple this with the star studded cast of characters and you've got one game which is just waiting to be played. If you don't believe us, check out the rest of the screenshots we have from the game below.
