Even Nintendo's Super Smash Bros. Brawl isn't safe from the cuddly influence of those tuxedo-wearing, flightless birds. In this case, today's update features the cute antics of Piplup, the Pokemon assist character.Originally hailing from the recent Pokemon Diamond and Pokemon Pearl games for the Nintendo DS, Piplup is one of the starting Pokemon you can choose in either game. Despite its seemingly innocent looks, Piplup has still got a lot of power underneath his avian exterior.
If you aren't too careful, you just might find yourself being swept away with its powerful surf attack right off the stage. It just goes to show that size isn't everything in a battle. You can catch Piplup and his other Pokemon buddies when Super Smash Bros. Brawl finally comes out this December.
