Super Smash Bros. Brawl: Europe release delayed until after June

Super Smash Bros. Brawl was conspicuously absent from Nintendo's updated 2008 release schedule for Europe. Unfortunately for European gamers, it wasn't an oversight on Nintendo's part: it's been confirmed that the game will only be making it to their shores after June next year.

A Nintendo spokesperson has confirmed that Super Smash Bros. Brawl will only be out after Q2 in Europe, explaining that "if the game is not listed on the schedule up until the end of Q2 it is currently not due out until after that time."

Super Smash Bros. Brawl will head to North America on February 10, while Japan gets it a few weeks early, on January 24.
