As anyone would expect, puzzles and platforming challenges come in healthy doses in Super Mario Galaxy. There are also some enemies, but it doesn't take much wit to realize that being on Mario's bad side is not a good idea. Fortunately, evil forces in Mario's universe aren't very smart - they're begging to be disposed of. A good number of foes are available to punch and step on, offering some good gameplay variety beyond running around and avoiding obstacles.
Both worlds look similar, but with their own quirks. A boss from Egg Planet will try to stop you, while some places in Honeybee Galaxy require Mario to turn into a bee and fly around like one. Enemies aren't much varied, but the critters look great. Then again, everything in Nintendo's Super Mario Galaxy is pleasing to the eye.
