Super Mario Galaxy launch event details released

The details for the North American Super Mario Galaxy launch has been revealed. The event, which will be held this November 11 in the New York Nintendo World store will begin at 8 p.m. and will have various kiosks setup where gamers can try out the game as well as acquire prizes.There will also be music and a variety of other activities that families can enjoy.

The recent press release stated that there will be multiple physical challenges, such as a bungee run and a Velcro wall, that will be available for those who decide to attend. If you want to dance the night away while waiting for the game to launch, you'll be happy to know that the event will also have a DJ as well as dancers to keep you entertained. Finally, cosplayers take note that adults and kids who plan on going are recommended to come in Nintendo-themed costumes.

It looks like Nintendo's got quite a big bash prepared for the launch of Super Mario Galaxy. While the midnight launch might be a bit late for some of our younger readers, older gamers might want to consider dropping by to pick up a copy of the game and have fun with other Super Mario Galaxy fans.
