SSBB Japan shortage mitigated, restock coming next week - Image 1Some of you might have already received copies on Nintendo's Super Smash Bros. Brawl (a.k.a. Dairantou Smash Brothers X) for the Wii because of preorders. For those who haven't had such luck here's the latest information regarding the shipment shortage that happened recently.

As of the moment, Play-Asia has been able to process less than twenty percent of all the preorders that were made. They also noted that a restock "covering all currently outstanding preorders will arrive on or before coming Monday, February 4th."

National Console Support, on the other hand, reports that their suppliers were not able to increase the quantity of shipment when the shipment was made. The second batches of the game shipment are expected to arrive either on February 6 or 7. If they ever get to stock sooner, they'll be posting an update to inform their customers.

Somehow, things are steadily on the rise in terms of resolving the shortage issue. Hopefully, you guys will get your own copy soon. We'll be bringing in the latest news on the developments of this situation, so keep checking QJ for updates.

Why do I have the feeling Nintendo is going to intentionally create shortages with every product they release from now on to make it sell better?

They have been selling games and systems since 1985. They know about how many they need, they have the facilities to make them, but always fail to make enough.

It HAS to be intentional.

» Dude your Trolling has to stop for QJ

Dude, you know what sucks....I noticed that I go to this site less and less because I am sick and tired of your trolling comments.....Every fuukin Wii article, all you do is biitch and bittch, moan and grown, and it actually drives people to other sites for information (I'm not the only one trust me).

I just hope that if you truely want QJ to thrive as a site, stop preventing the hits by just shutin the hell up, or at least limit your trolling to once every other day...
