Snes9X GXv1.43 for your Wii

French Wii homebrew site, Wii DS Generation, alerts us to the existence of Snes9X GXv1.43 by Yoshihiro. If you've been playing SNES emulation on your PC for some time now, you probably know what Snes9X does, but anyway, for the uninitiated, Snes9X GX V1.43, is an adaptation of the original Snes9x GPL Super Nintendo emulator.

This adaptation can be used on any modchipped Wii. You can launch this emulator from an SD memory card, or from a DVD using the tool included into the zip. A nifty piece of work here by Yoshihiro. Kudos.

The only reason it RUNS is because it's GAMECUBE homebrew, so yes, you'll need the Gamecube controller. And no, you can't run a burned DVD without a modded system.

i put the french instruction in a translator and folowed it up to the part where it tells me to run creat gc bootabledisc. the thing is when i run it it says paused and tells me to press any key. when i press a key it just closes tho.

you have to use a gamecube controller cause this game is run through gc mode.
