Eke-Eke has just released an updated binary version of the SMSPlus Master System emulator for Nintendo's Gamecube and Wii consoles. Thanks to the binary, there's no need to recompile the source file, so those who don't know how to recompile can just go ahead and play their hearts out.Here's what's new:

- added SDCARD support (copypasted from Genesis Plus)
- NO more linked rom needed, rom data is now dynamically allocated
- updated to last version (1.3) from Charles McDonald (http://cgfm2.emuviews.com/): added TMS9918 display mode support for SMS2 and GG video chips.
- corrected NGC savestate loading (fix FM & graphics problem on loading state)
- added an option to change Joypad Type in Misc Menu (SMS button 1 is assigned to Button A (typeA) or Button B (typeB))
- added options in Misc menu to change some internal settings (Region, CPU , Mapper, FM Type, Console Type)
- updated NGC Sound Engine (copypasted from Genesis Plus)

AWESOME, no more need for the Virtual Console after more emulators become available, now Nintendo won't be able to make extra money of that and sustain the need for that option. This could so kill the Wii as we know it....sweet PS3 rules, lets kill the wii like we did with the dreamcast...hooray, mod chips and emulators for everyone
Would I need to mod my Wii first to use this?
Cheeseburger, in case if you didnt know, the wii is selling more than the Ps3s you dumb *****. There is homebrew on the ps3s already, the ps3s have *****ty backward compatibilty, and the ps3s internet explorer sucks *****. The Ps3s is not even fit to wipe my ass!
lets see... the backwards compatibility for ps3 is 72% for European ps3s and 97% for NTSC ps3s. Not exactly *****ty. And the internet browser supports flash player and web 2.0 so you can go on youtube or myspace or even some web apps. And the ps3 is too shiny to wipe your ass with. thats why we have toilet paper and wii.
